Wire Crimp Pull Tester Familiy
The Wire Crimp Pull Testers are a motor-driven, closed-loop controlled, bench-top tensile testing system designed to verify the mechanical strength of crimped wire–terminal connections under controlled and repeatable conditions.

Test Modes
The Wire Crimp Pull Tester supports two primary operating modes:

Pull Test Mode (Hold Mode / Constant Load Mode): This mode is used to verify whether a crimped wire–terminal connection can withstand a specified tensile load for a defined duration without failure.

Break Test Mode (Brake Mode / Rupture Mode): This mode measures the maximum tensile force at which the crimped connection fails.
Both modes operate under closed-loop servo control with real-time force monitoring.
